Rule 15
Appointment of Social Worker and Child Psychiatrist or Child Specialist
: (1) For the purpose of selecting social worker and child psychologist or child specialist for each child bench, the district court shall publish a public notice within thirty days for the purpose of selecting social workers and child psychologists or child specialists who have qualified according to rule 13 or 14, section 62 of the Act, and social workers. , applications should be invited from persons listed as child psychologists or child specialists.
(2) Among the applications made as per sub-rule 1), the social worker and child Anochizlard District Court, who are found to be suitable after necessary investigation, will be appointed as social worker and child psychologist or child specialist to stay in Mal Dajlaya, and the social workers and child psychologist or child specialist who are so appointed will have the facilities of the government of Nepal. (3) The District Court shall provide information including the details of social workers and child psychologists or child experts appointed as per sub-rule (2) to the Supreme Court and the Committee.
(4) The committee may conduct the necessary orientation program for the social workers and child psychologists or child experts appointed in accordance with this rule on juvenile justice procedures and administration of juvenile justice.
